La Villa Quandt es una villa en el Pfingstberg en Potsdam. Lleva el nombre de la viuda del Consejo de Guerra Ulrike Augusta von Quandt, alberga el Archivo Theodor Fontane y la Oficina de Literatura de Brandeburgo, y pertenece al patrimonio administrativo de la Fundación de Castillos y Jardines Prusianos.
La villa se encuentra en la dirección Große Weinmeisterstraße 46/47 en el barrio Nauener de Potsdam, en el Pfingstberg, y es parte del patrimonio mundial de la UNESCO. Junto con la Villa Henckel y la Villa Lepsius, cuenta entre las distinguidas villas de esta zona. El conjunto también incluye la Villa Schlieffen.
