De Villa Quandt is een villa op de Pfingstberg in Potsdam. Ze is vernoemd naar de weduwe van de oorlogsraad Ulrike Augusta von Quandt, huisvest het Theodor-Fontane-Archief en het Brandenburgse Literatuurbureau en behoort tot het beheer van de Stichting Pruisische Kastelen en Tuinen.
De villa staat op het adres Große Weinmeisterstraße 46/47 in de Potsdamer Nauener Vorstadt op de Pfingstberg en maakt daar deel uit van het UNESCO-Werelderfgoed. Samen met de Villa Henckel en de Villa Lepsius behoort ze tot de voorname villa’s van dit gebied. Tot het ensemble behoort ook de Villa Schlieffen.
