La Villa Quandt è una villa situata sul Pfingstberg a Potsdam. Prende il nome dalla vedova del Consiglio di Guerra Ulrike Augusta von Quandt, ospita l'Archivio Theodor Fontane e l'Ufficio Letterario di Brandeburgo ed è parte del patrimonio amministrativo della Fondazione Castelli e Giardini Prussiani.
La villa si trova all'indirizzo Große Weinmeisterstraße 46/47 nel quartiere Nauener di Potsdam sul Pfingstberg ed è parte del Patrimonio Mondiale dell'UNESCO. Insieme alla Villa Henckel e alla Villa Lepsius, fa parte delle eleganti ville di questa zona. Fa parte del complesso anche la Villa Schlieffen.
