Le palais Bretzenheim est un bâtiment historique à Mannheim. Il est situé dans le carré A 2, juste en face du château de Mannheim et est l'une des plus importantes maisons nobles historiques de Mannheim. Le palais a été construit entre 1782 et 1788 selon les plans de l'architecte de la cour Peter Anton von Verschaffelt. Dans ce bâtiment, le prince-électeur Charles-Théodore avait sa maîtresse, la danseuse Josepha Seyffert, élevée au rang de comtesse de Heydeck, ainsi que leurs quatre enfants communs, à qui Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart a donné des cours de piano ici. Ces enfants ont ensuite formé la lignée noble Bretzenheim.
