Le palais d’Ettlingen est un palais baroque situé dans le centre d’Ettlingen, une petite ville du Bade-Wurtemberg, en Allemagne.
Le palais d’aujourd’hui succède à deux, peut-être trois bâtiments précédents. L’empereur allemand Frédéric II confia à Herman V, margrave de Bade, la ville d’Ettlingen qui avait été fondée par les Staufer. Au milieu du XIIIe siècle, le fils d’Hermann, le margrave Rodolphe Ier de Bade, construisit un complexe de châteaux à Ettlingen, peut-être sur les ruines d’un précédent bâtiment des Staufer. Cependant, jusqu’à présent, un tel bâtiment prédécesseur n’a pas pu être vérifié. Les rez-de-chaussée du donjon dans la cour intérieure du château ont été construits au 13ème siècle et existent encore aujourd’hui.
