Het kasteel Ettlingen is een barokkasteel in het centrum van de baden-württembergse stad Ettlingen.
Het huidige kasteel had twee, mogelijk ook drie voorgangerstommen. Nadat de Baden-markgraaf Hermann V. van keizer Friedrich II. met de door de Staufern gestichte stad Ettlingen was beleend, bouwde zijn zoon markgraaf Rudolf I. van Baden halverwege de 13e eeuw - mogelijk op de resten van een staufische voorganger - een burcht; een voorganger is tot nu toe echter niet aangetoond. De vandaag de dag nog behouden onderste verdiepingen van de bergfried in de kasteelbinnenplaats stammen nog uit deze tijd.
