La mine Rubin était une mine de fer près de Sechshelden dans le district de Lahn-Dill. La fosse était située entre Sechshelden et Haiger dans une zone boisée dans le haut Schindelbach, au sud de la Bundesstraße 277.
Il est peu probable que le tunnel principal ait fait 40 m de long. Aujourd’hui, on peut encore voir le tas de déblais de la fosse et l’emplacement présumé de l’entrée du tunnel enterré.
