Le barrage de Hullern (Hullerner See) dans le district de Recklinghausen en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie construit un barrage sur la Stever au-dessus du réservoir de Haltern. Gelsenwasser AG utilise le barrage pour la production d’eau, et il sert également d’endroit calme pour les loisirs. Le barrage a été inauguré le 15 octobre 1985 après treize ans de construction.
La profondeur de l’eau est de huit mètres maximum.
