La diga di Hullern (Lago di Hullerner) nel distretto di Recklinghausen nel Nord Reno-Westfalia blocca lo Stever sopra il bacino idrico di Haltern. Gelsenwasser AG utilizza la diga per l'approvvigionamento idrico, inoltre serve per il riposo silenzioso. La diga è stata inaugurata il 15 ottobre 1985 dopo un periodo di costruzione di tredici anni.
La profondità dell'acqua è di massimo otto metri.
