La réserve naturelle de Welsengraben Biotopverbund est située dans la région des villes de Zehdenick et Gransee dans le district d’Oberhavel dans le Brandebourg, en Allemagne.
La zone portant le numéro d’identification 1169 a été placée sous le statut de protection de la nature par décret du 24 mai 2004. La réserve naturelle d’environ 292 hectares s’étend à l’est de la ville centrale de Gransee. La B 96 passe à l’ouest et la route nationale L 22 au sud. Le lac de Géron s’étend vers l’ouest.
