Het natuurreservaat Biotopverbund Welsengraben ligt op het grondgebied van de steden Zehdenick en Gransee in de Landkreis Oberhavel in Brandenburg.
Het gebied met het nummer 1169 werd op 24 mei 2004 onder bescherming gesteld. Het ongeveer 292 ha grote natuurreservaat strekt zich uit ten oosten van het centrum van Gransee. Westelijk verloopt de B 96 en zuidelijk de provinciale weg L 22. Het Geronsee strekt zich uit in het westen.
