Le chantier naval Hatecke est un chantier de yachts et de bateaux fondé en 1861 à Fribourg/Elbe, dont les produits les plus célèbres sont les bateaux Börte.
Les plus grands bateaux fabriqués par le chantier étaient quatre ewer d'une jauge allant jusqu'à 80 tonnes. Depuis les années 1960, des yachts à voile et à moteur mesurant jusqu'à 20 mètres de long ont été principalement construits. Des navires traditionnels, comme un goélette, ont également été construits en bois durant cette période.
