De jachtwerf Hatecke is een in 1861 opgerichte jacht- en bootwerf in Freiburg/Elbe, waarvan de beroemdste producten de Börteboten zijn.
De grootste boten die op de werf zijn gebouwd waren vier ewers met een tonnage tot 80 ton. Sinds de jaren 60 worden voornamelijk zeil- en motorjachten tot een lengte van 20 meter gebouwd. Ook traditionele schepen zoals een schoener werden in deze tijd uit hout gebouwd.
