Sur ce sentier de 1,3 km de long (aller simple), on longe le ruisseau du lac, un torrent de montagne qui draine le lac Rachelsee et se jette finalement dans la Grande Ohe. En chemin, on peut découvrir une nature sauvage forestière unique créée par le castor et le dendroctone du pin.
