Du départ à Lennestadt-Altenhundem, le parcours monte légèrement jusqu'à derrière Benolpe, avant de monter nettement plus raide jusqu'à Einsiedelei. S'ensuit une descente rapide vers Oberveischede. En cours de route, on longe brièvement le lac Biggesee à Haardt, avant de poursuivre vers le Repetal. Après une courte montée, on redescend vers Sankt Claas. Avec deux autres courtes montées, le parcours mène de nouveau à Lennestadt-Altenhundem.
