Altzaga en basque et officiellement ou Alzaga en espagnol est une commune du Guipuscoa dans la communauté autonome du Pays basque en Espagne. Elle se situe dans la partie centre-sud du Guipuscoa et fait partie de la comarque de Goierri.
Elle est limitée au nord par la commune de Legorreta, Baliarrain et Gaintza à l'est, Zaldibia au sud et Itsasondo et Arama à l'ouest.
