Le Fortin de l'Étoile est un ancien bâtiment militaire protégé en tant que bien culturel d'intérêt local de la municipalité de Ripoll.
Le bâtiment était à l'origine militaire dans le but de défendre Ripoll contre les attaques de l'armée carliste. Il a été construit sur les restes d'un ancien fortin, édifié à l'époque de la Première Guerre Carliste. Le fortin a été utilisé durant la Troisième Guerre Carliste. Il est ensuite devenu un logement, composé d'un rez-de-chaussée, d'un premier étage et de combles. Après son abandon et se trouvant dans un état précaire, il est passé entre les mains de la mairie.
