Le Guadalentín, également connu sous le nom de Sangonera dans son tronçon final, est une rivière du sud-est de l'Espagne qui traverse la région de Murcie, s'écoulant à travers la vallée du même nom. C'est le plus grand affluent du río Segura sur sa rive droite.
Il prend cette dénomination dans le même Pantano de Puentes, lorsque s’y produit la union de la rivière Corneros et des rivières Luchena et Turrilla, qui drainent les zones montagneuses de la municipalité de Lorca. De là, il se dirige vers le sud-est en passant par la ville même de Lorca, d'où il s'écoule à travers la vaste vallée du Guadalentín, dépression alluviale tectonique également appelée dépression pré-littorale murcienne, changeant de cap vers le nord-est.
