Le Musée Pilarista est un musée situé dans la Basilique du Pilier à Saragosse, Espagne. Il est ouvert depuis 1977 et se trouve à l'intérieur du temple, à côté des chapelles de Saint Laurent et de Saint Joachim.
On peut y contempler les diverses joyaux qui ont été offerts à la Vierge du Pilier depuis le XVIe siècle ap. J.-C.. Des représentations des manteaux portés par la Vierge quotidiennement ainsi que d'autres objets et décorations du sanctuaire marial y sont également exposées. Parmi les objets exposés, on trouve les calices offerts par les papes Pie X et Jean XXIII ainsi que des esquisses de la décoration murale du temple, comme celle du dôme Regina Martyrum de Goya.
