Il Museo Pilarista è un museo situato nella Basilica del Pilar di Zaragoza, Spagna. È aperto dal 1977 e si trova all'interno del tempio accanto alle cappelle di San Lorenzo e di San Gioacchino.
In esso si possono ammirare le diverse gioie che sono state donate alla Vergine del Pilar fin dal XVI secolo d.C.. Si espone anche una rappresentazione dei mantelli che la vergine indossa quotidianamente, così come altri oggetti e ornamenti del santuario mariano. Tra gli oggetti esposti spiccano i calici regalati dai papi Pio X e Giovanni XXIII, così come i bozzetti della decorazione murale del tempio come quello della cupola Regina Martyrum di Goya.
