La centrale thermique de Pasajes était une centrale au charbon, fonctionnant de 1968 à 2012 à Pasajes, dans la province de Gipuzkoa au Pays basque espagnol. L'usine a été construite dans les années 1960 pour le compte d'Iberduero sur un terrain portuaire d'État situé entre les zones urbaines de Pasajes de San Juan et de Lezo, et appartenait à Iberdrola depuis 1992. La superficie de l'exploitation mesurait 34 000 m² et était surplombée par une cheminée de 115 m de haut, la plus haute de la province à l'époque. La centrale thermique utilisait le charbon comme combustible principal et le pétrole comme combustible de remplacement. Elle se composait d'un bloc de centrale d'une puissance installée de 215 MW.
