Miñano Menor en espagnol ou Miñaogutxia en basque est une commune ou une contrée appartenant à la municipalité de Vitoria-Gasteiz dans la province d'Alava, située dans la Communauté autonome basque en Espagne.
Il s'agit d'un petit village avec 17 habitants , qui est situé à 11 km au nord de Vitoria-Gasteiz. On arrive au village après avoir laissé l'autoroute A-240 à la hauteur de Miñao et transité quelques kilomètres par une route locale. Le village se situe entre Miñao et Ziriano, qui n'appartient déjà pas à la mairie de Vitoria, mais à celle d'Arrazua-Ubarrundia.
