Francisco Alba Medina est mieux connu sous le nom de Paco Alba.
Il est compositeur et créateur de groupes de carnaval à Cadix. Il est né à Conil de la Frontera en 1918 et mort à Cadix en 1976 à l'âge de 57 ans.
Paco Alba est crédité de la création de la troupe du carnaval de Cadix.
Cadix l'a honoré avec ce monument en pierre de l'artiste Fernando Benítez (Nando), situé au rond-point à l'entrée de La Caleta.
Indispensable pour les amateurs de carnaval.
