Paco Alba gilt als Schöpfer der Karnevalstruppe von Cádiz.
Cádiz ehrte ihn mit diesem Steindenkmal des Künstlers Fernando Benítez (Nando), das sich am Kreisverkehr am Eingang von La Caleta befindet.
