Francisco Alba Medina è meglio conosciuto come Paco Alba.
È compositore e creatore di gruppi carnevaleschi a Cadice. Nacque a Conil de la Frontera nel 1918 e morì a Cadice nel 1976 all'età di 57 anni.
Paco Alba è accreditato di aver creato la compagnia del Carnevale di Cadice.
Cadice l'ha onorata con questo monumento in pietra dell'artista Fernando Benítez (Nando), situato alla rotonda all'ingresso di La Caleta.
Indispensabile per gli amanti del carnevale.
