Plouhinec [pluinɛk], Ploeneg en breton, est une commune française du Cap Sizun, du département du Finistère en région Bretagne. Elle fait partie de la communauté de communes Cap Sizun - Pointe du Raz.Au dernier recensement de 2019, la commune compte 3 951 habitants, ce qui fait d'elle la commune la plus peuplée du Cap Sizun. Elle a pour devise « War zouar, ha war vor » . L'historien Jean-Jacques Doaré a consacré un ouvrage inédit à la commune intitulé "Plouhinec autrefois". Ce livre de 800 pages a été publié en deux tomes dont le premier est sorti en 2009 et le second en 2012.
