Situé sur l’emplacement des anciennes fortifications de la ville, le parc de 11 hectares présente différentes essences d’arbres : tilleuls, érables, marronniers, séquoias, Gingkos Bilobas, des Tulipiers de Virginie et des arbustes d’ornement.
On y trouve également un jardin d’horticulture orné d’éléments provenant de l’église de Douchy et de l’ancien jardin du Palais de Fervaques.
Des loisirs pour tous : un jardin d’enfants, des terrains de pétanque, un jeu de boules en bois (jeu traditionnel Picard).
