Situato nel luogo delle antiche fortificazioni della città, il parco di 11 ettari presenta diverse essenze di alberi: tigli, aceri, ippocastani, sequoie, Ginkgo Biloba, tulipani della Virginia e arbusti ornamentali.
Qui si trova anche un giardino di orticoltura decorato con elementi provenienti dalla chiesa di Douchy e dal vecchio giardino del Palazzo di Fervaques.
Attività ricreative per tutti: un giardino d'infanzia, campi di petanque, un gioco di bocce in legno (gioco tradizionale picardo).
