Avec un hectare sur les 27,5 cultivés en Flandre, François Dekervel est le plus petit producteur du fameux cône dans le Nord de la France. Les houblonnières flamandes vieillissent et la surface plantée est une goutte d'eau rien qu'au niveau national. Pourquoi continuer ? Par passion de ces tuteurs hauts de sept mètres avec lesquels il a toujours vécu.
Porte ouverte en septembre : Mr Dekervel, 130 chemin de l'Ermitage - Saint Jans Cappel : présentation du travail à fournir dans une houblonnière, démonstration de la cueillette.
