La visite s’articule en trois zones et d'une exposition permanente qui permettent de découvrir et d’observer les habitants de la Manche et leurs lieux de vie.
De nombreuses animations y sont proposées tout au long de l’année : visites guidées, sorties découverte, ateliers, expositions, découverte du phénomène des marées, etc.
