La chapelle Notre-Dame de Spéluque, située dans la commune d’Ampus dans le Var , remonte au Xe siècle.
L'ensemble fut un prieuré de l'abbaye de Lérins jusqu'à la Révolution,. Selon l'historien local Marcel Faure, la basilique fut consacrée le 10 janvier 1090 par Bérenger III, évêque de Fréjus. Speluca nom donné à saint Victor par Bertran de Saint-Martin évêque de Fréjus uni à la collégiale de Pignans puis cédé aux Oratoriens de Cotignac.
