La forêt de Tronçais est une forêt domaniale française située dans le nord-ouest de l'Allier. Elle est principalement constituée de chênes sessiles « conduits » en futaie.En 2011, la forêt s'étendait sur près de 10 600 ha, incluant 110 ha classés en réserves biologiques domaniales et environ 130 ha d'étangs, elle a la réputation d'être la plus belle futaie de chênes d'Europe. Elle est gérée par l'Office national des forêts.
