Le Golf d'Hossegor est un parcours à l'abri des vents marins. Son tracé subtil et franc est le fruit du célèbre John Stanton Morisson. Il naquit en 1930 d'une forêt landaise vierge et a conservé à travers les années son originalité.
Il est, chaque année, en juillet, le théâtre de l'une des plus grandes compétitions amateurs, Le Grand Prix des Landes d'Hossegor.
