Elle fut construite à l'emplacement d'une ancienne chapelle (VIIe) sa tour est le plus ancien monument de Longuyon. L'édifice actuel (M.H.) ne remonte pas au-delà de la fin du XIIIe. Statue de la Ste patronne (XIVe). Un tableau représentant le martyre de Ste-Agathe et plusieurs statues sont répertoriés à l'I.S.M.H. Eglise restaurée. Tous les jours sur demande: visite individuelle ou groupe avec dépliant explicatif ou parcours sonorisé en français, anglais ou allemand pour une durée de 20 minutes.
