Het werd gebouwd op de plaats van een voormalige kapel (7e eeuw) en de toren is het oudste monument in Longuyon. Het huidige gebouw (M.H.) dateert niet verder terug dan het einde van de 13e eeuw. Standbeeld van de patroonheilige (14e eeuw). Een schilderij dat het martelaarschap van de heilige Agatha voorstelt en verschillende beelden zijn opgenomen in de I.S.M.H. Gerestaureerde kerk. Elke dag op aanvraag: individuele of groepsbezoeken met 20 minuten durende verklarende folder of audiotour in het Frans, Engels of Duits.
