Ce moulin à eau antérieur au XIVe siècle, entretenu au fil du temps se tourne vers l’avenir en utilisant l’énergie hydraulique de la Dive, rivière avec laquelle il vit en harmonie. Une roue de type « sagebien » conserve tout son charme au lieu et entraîne une génératrice à aimants permanents qui produit un courant alternatif en 400 volts.
