Derrière un portail de fer forgé, le Château Exupéry présente une fière façade classique escortée par deux hautes tourelles. Mais le château vit avec son temps et à l’intérieur, l’aspect princier cède la place à un décor personnel et délicat. Dans de grandes pièces claires aux dalles de terre cuite, le château a mêlé son allure hiératique de grande demeure de campagne au charme patiné d’un cabinet d’aventurier : les boiseries d’époque et les tableaux de famille y fréquentent les estampes raffinées et les malles en gros bois ; une table de billard à arabesques dorées y croise un sofa asiatique en bois sculpté.
