Nous faisons notre possible pour cuisiner avec les produits du terroir. Nous cuisinons avec des produits frais (viandes et poissons) achetés le jour même. Tous nos desserts sont faits maison ainsi que toutes nos glaces et sorbets. L'atmosphère du restaurant est intime et originale. Oz aime parler avec sa clientèle pour connaître leurs goûts culinaires et l'encourage à demander les plats qu'ils aimeraient déguster.
