Les vitraux sont datés quant à eux du XIXe siècle. Prugny conserve un riche mobilier en grande partie classé monument historique d’une Vierge à l’enfant en bois remontant au XIVe à trois bâtons de procession en bois sculptés et dorés, datant du XIXe siècle. Il y a également une statuette en bois doré du XVIe de Saint Evêque, et maints objets datant du XVIIIe : le maître autel en chêne et faux marbre, doré et peint, un christ en croix, un médaillon en bois peint représentant l’annonciation, une vierge à l’enfant en bois peint et doré et un aigle-lutrin.
