La chapelle dédiée à la Vierge Douloureuse où l’on vénère aussi Saint-Quirin est le plus ancien édifice de la commune. Son chœur remonte au milieu du XVème siècle. Le linteau de la porte d’entrée est gravé de la date 1658 qui marque sa restauration après la Guerre de Trente Ans. Durant la Révolution, elle servit d’étable et de magasin à fourrage et fut rendue au culte après le Concordat. Sa fondation est nimbée de mystère et on lui attribue une légende. Sortie indemne du dernier conflit mondial, elle servit d’église paroissiale d’avril à septembre 1945. La chapelle contient une Piéta et de beaux vitraux installés par la maison OTT en 1900.
