La cappella dedicata alla Vergine Addolorata, dove si venera anche San Quirino, è l'edificio più antico del comune. Il suo coro risale alla metà del XV secolo. Sull'architrave della porta d'ingresso è incisa la data 1658, che segna il suo restauro dopo la Guerra dei Trent'anni. Durante la Rivoluzione, fu utilizzata come stalla e foraggeria e fu restituita al culto dopo il Concordato. La sua fondazione è avvolta nel mistero e le viene attribuita una leggenda. Uscita indenne dall'ultima guerra mondiale, fu utilizzata come chiesa parrocchiale dall'aprile al settembre 1945. La cappella contiene una Pietà e splendide vetrate installate dalla ditta OTT nel 1900.
