De kapel gewijd aan de Heilige Maagd, waar ook de heilige Quirin wordt vereerd, is het oudste gebouw van de gemeente. Het koor dateert uit het midden van de 15e eeuw. In de bovendorpel van de toegangsdeur is het jaartal 1658 gegraveerd, waarmee de restauratie na de Dertigjarige Oorlog wordt gemarkeerd. Tijdens de Revolutie werd het gebruikt als stal en veevoederwinkel en na het Concordaat werd het teruggegeven aan de eredienst. De stichting ervan is in mysterie gehuld en er wordt een legende aan toegeschreven. Het kwam ongeschonden uit de laatste wereldoorlog en werd van april tot september 1945 gebruikt als parochiekerk. De kapel bevat een Pieta en prachtige gebrandschilderde ramen die in 1900 door de firma OTT werden aangebracht.
