S'il est un endroit, en Deux-Sèvres, où les sapins peuvent croître dans des conditions optimales, c'est bien à l'Absie. Dans un parc de 2.5 hectares, ce jardin vous présente ses quelques 70 variétés d'Abiès depuis le sapin des Vosges jusqu'au sapin de Corée qui en font un parc unique en son genre. Un micro climat particulier qui permet de cultiver des essences originales telles que conifères et plantes acidophiles exigeantes en eau.
