La Brasserie Redoutey fabrique toutes ses bières avec des malts d'orges ou de blé, de l'eau de source, du houblon et des levures de fermentation. Aucun sucre n'est ajouté.
Jour après jour, les arômes se développent en cuve et permettant de proposer des bières blanches, blondes, rousses et brunes.
En 2007, la Fée Caramelle a reçu la médaille d'or lors de la Foire de Sochaux.
La brasserie a inauguré ses nouveaux locaux en août 2022.
