Le site se trouve à 2 km au sud-est du village au lieu-dit « Noue Ramon ». Sa construction date de 1916 par les allemands durant la grande guerre, ce site se trouvait auparavant en pleine forêt caché de la vue des habitants du village et de leurs ennemis. Ce canon était à la base destiné à la marine allemande mais il sera finalement utilisé à des fins terrestres comme nous pouvons le voir aujourd’hui. Panneaux explicatifs sur place. Il est classé monument historique depuis 1922.
