Het terrein ligt 2 km ten zuidoosten van het dorp op een plaats die "Noue Ramon" heet. Het werd gebouwd in 1916 door de Duitsers tijdens de Grote Oorlog, en lag voorheen midden in het bos, verborgen voor het zicht van de dorpsbewoners en hun vijanden. Dit kanon was oorspronkelijk bedoeld voor de Duitse marine, maar werd uiteindelijk gebruikt voor landdoeleinden, zoals we vandaag kunnen zien. Verklarende panelen ter plaatse. Het is een beschermd monument sinds 1922.
