Hartley Wintney est un grand village et une paroisse civile dans le district de Hart dans le Hampshire, en Angleterre. Il se situe à environ 3 miles au nord-ouest de Fleet et à 8 miles à l'est de Basingstoke. La paroisse comprend le plus petit village contigu de Phoenix Green ainsi que les hameaux de Dipley, Elvetham, Hartfordbridge, et West Green.
La paroisse inclut de grandes zones boisées comme Yateley Heath Wood et une partie de Hazeley Heath. La rivière Hart traverse la paroisse au nord-est de la ville. La rivière Whitewater forme la limite ouest de la paroisse. La limite sud suit maintenant l'autoroute M3.
