Llanddeusant est une communauté très peu peuplée dans les Montagnes Noires du parc national des Brecon Beacons dans le Carmarthenshire, au Pays de Galles. Elle se trouve à environ 8 kilomètres au sud-est de Llangadog.
Llanddeusant fait partie du quartier de Llansadwrn & Llangadog / Myddfai & Llanddeusant, qui comptait une population de 2 412 au recensement de 2001. Les limites ont été modifiées et la plupart de la population a été comptée sous la communauté de Llangadog. La population restante au recensement de 2011 n'était que de 220. Le nom, signifiant "église de deux saints", serait originaire du fait que Teilo et Saint David seraient censés s'y être rencontrés. L' 'Old Red Lion Inn' est désormais une auberge de jeunesse. La communauté comprend le hameau de Twynllanan.
