La Bibliothèque nationale d'Écosse (gaélique écossais : Leabharlann Nàiseanta na h-Alba, Scots : Naitional Leebrar o Scotland) est la bibliothèque de dépôt légal de l'Écosse et fait partie des collections nationales du pays. Elle est située dans un ensemble de bâtiments au centre-ville d'Édimbourg. Le siège social se trouve sur le pont George IV, entre la vieille ville et le quartier universitaire.
La Bibliothèque nationale d'Écosse possède 7 millions de livres, 14 millions d'articles imprimés et plus de 2 millions de cartes. La collection comprend des exemplaires de la Bible de Gutenberg, la lettre que Charles Darwin a soumise avec le manuscrit de L'Origine des espèces, le Premier Folio de Shakespeare et de nombreuses revues et autres publications. Elle détient la plus grande collection de matériel en gaélique écossais de toutes les bibliothèques.
