Le moulin de Barnet Gate ou moulin d'Arkley est un moulin-tour classé grade II* situé à Barnet Gate dans le borough londonien de Barnet, autrefois dans le Hertfordshire, qui a été construit en 1823. L'accès public n'est pas autorisé.
Le moulin de Barnet Gate a été construit en 1823. Une affirmation selon laquelle il aurait été construit pendant les guerres napoléoniennes n'a pas été étayée. Bien qu'une machine à vapeur ait été ajoutée en 1895, il a fonctionné à vent jusqu'en 1918, plus tard avec deux voiles. Le moulin a été restauré en 1930. Un nouveau chapeau, une tête de moulin et une galerie autour du chapeau ont été confectionnés. Les travaux ont été réalisés par Thomas Hunt, le meunier de Soham. Lors d'une nouvelle restauration en 1985, la paire de voiles manquante a été remplacée.
